Keeps calling but never leaves message. Won't answer phone and can't look up number. When call back get voice mail and doesn't state company name just the phone number

I was on the do not call list. That doesn't work. I got a call this AM from this number. Called back and got the music loop. Hung up then called back later on speaker phone. They answered after about a 5 minute wait and asked if I was still interested in a criminal justice degree. Lol how ironic. They are committing a crime by calling me because I'm on the "do not call list." I was polite and told them to remove my number. Criminal Justice? Just cracks me up.

They call asking for somebody i don't know. After few questions they ask for my personal information, The are really crazy thinking they can get my privacy.

Sexually explicit texts from this number. can't seen to stop them.
